If you are new here, we love all things Cinnamon and Sugar. Like fo' realz! This whole recipe website gig started with my viral Cinnamon & Sugar Pretzels recipe. Which led to crate Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites, Cinnamon Sugar Dessert Pizza, Air Fryer Soft Cinnamon Pretzels and Peanut Butter Banana Roll Ups! I have a problem!

Can I use regular crescent roll dough instead of a sheet?
Yes! Just pinch the perforations together to create a solid sheet before cutting into squares.

Can I use puff pastry instead of crescent roll dough?
Yes, but the texture will be flakier, and you may need to adjust the baking time by adding a few extra minutes.

How do I prevent the caramel from leaking out?
Make sure to seal the dough tightly by pinching the edges together before rolling into a ball. You can also slightly dampen the edges with water to help them stick better.

Baking & Cooking Questions:

How do I know when they’re done baking?
The bombs should be golden brown on the outside. If you’re unsure, gently tap one—it should feel firm, not doughy.

Can I make these in an air fryer?
Yes! Air fry at 325°F for 8-10 minutes, checking for a golden-brown color.

What if my caramel isn’t melting properly?
Some brands of caramel take longer to soften. Try cutting the caramel into smaller pieces before wrapping in the dough for a more even melt.

Customization & Storage Questions:

Can I make these ahead of time?
Yes! You can assemble them in advance, store them in the fridge, and bake when ready. For best results, bake within 24 hours.

How do I store leftovers?
Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for a few minutes to restore crispiness.

Can I freeze them?
Yes! Freeze unbaked caramel bombs and bake from frozen at 350°F for 15-18 minutes. If already baked, freeze them and reheat in the oven.
