Ingredients Needed To Make Caramel Brownies at Home

  • 1 18 oz. brownie mix (plus ingredients as directed on the box)
  • 11 oz. Caramels
  • ⅓ c evaporated milk

How To Make Easy Caramel Brownies

Preheat the oven to 350°.

Grease a 9x9 baking dish with nonstick baking spray, set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the ingredients as directed on the box for the brownies. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, place the caramels and evaporated milk. Microwave in :30 second increments until the caramel has melted. Stirring in between.

Place half the brownie mixture into the bottom of the baking dish in an even layer.

Next, pour the caramel over the top. Using a spoon, dollop the remaining brownie batter on the top.

Bake for 35-45 minutes, until when a toothpick is inserted into the middle of the brownies, comes out clean.

Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before enjoying!
