  • 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate
  • 1 ½ cups Mini Salted Pretzels
  • ½ cup M&M’s
  • ½ cup Peanuts, chopped

  • ½ cup Butter
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • ¼-½ teaspoon Sea Salt (adjust to taste)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Pretzel Base

  • Arrange the mini salted pretzels in an even layer on the parchment paper.

2. Melt the Chocolate

  • Double-Boiler Method: Fill the bottom of a double boiler with water and bring to a simmer. Place the semi-sweet chocolate in the top part of the double boiler and stir until melted and smooth.
  • Microwave Method: Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until completely melted and smooth.

3. Assemble the Bark

  • Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the pretzels.
  • Sprinkle M&M’s and chopped peanuts evenly over the chocolate.

4. Make the Homemade Caramel
