• Be sure not to overbake the chocolate. Keep a close eye on the Hershey Kisses when they are in the oven. You want the kisses to be shiny and begin to lose their shape.
• The lower the temperature the better. The chocolate doesn’t like high heat as they will dry out and overbake in the oven. At this point, the batch will be ruined and you’ll have to start over as there is no way to save them. Nobody likes burnt chocolate!
• If you have to make a lot of these Hershey Pretzels, make them in batches. The chocolate begins to firm back up rather quickly after removing from the oven, so you need to work fast or have any extra set of hands or two!

1. PREHEAT the air fryer to 190°.
2. Place pretzels in the air fryer basket.
3. Unwrap each Hershey Kiss and place in the center of each pretzel.
4. Air fry 3-5 minutes until the kisses begin to melt (they’ll become shiny and begin to deform).
5. Immediately (and carefully) place one M&M on top of the melted Hershey kiss.
6. Allow to cool completely before serving.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pre-heat oven to 200°. Place pretzels on the baking sheet in an even layer.

 

Next, add the (unwrapped) Hershey kiss into the center of the pretzels.

Place the pretzels in the oven for about 5 minutes. The chocolate will become shiny and that’s when you will want to remove from the oven.

Quickly and carefully, place a M&M on top of each Hershey Kiss.
