Tips for Perfect Fudge

  • Use Good Quality Chocolate: The better the chocolate, the better the fudge. Semi-sweet chocolate chips work best for a rich flavor.
  • Crush Peppermint Candies Easily: Place the candies in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin for easy prep.
  • Storage: Keep any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
