For the Salad:

  • 8 cups broccoli florets

  • ½ red onion, diced

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

For the Dressing:

  • 1 cup mayo

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

How to Make A Super Simple Broccoli Salad Recipe

Step 1: Make the Dressing

In a large bowl or measuring cup, whisk together mayo, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and set aside.
