I have an abundance of fresh basil growing! One of my favorite ways to use up a lot of basil is to make pesto. It's fresh, delicious and hits the spot. Not to mention there are so many ways to enjoy pesto: over baked chicken, in pasta, slathered over toasty bread. The possibilities are endless!
