I really honestly don't even know what to call these Pinwheels other than delicious! I typically throw whatever fresh veggies we have on hand and also always do at least hummus, spinch and sun-dried tomatoes. You can also add in cucumbers, tomatoes fresh from the garden, shredded carrots and so much more!
