3. Send me your content. Share your logo, photos, upcoming promotions, project updates, and anything else you'd like your customers to know.

4. I'll create your monthly content. I'll write your captions, design your graphics, and organize everything into a monthly content calendar.

5. Your content goes live! Depending on your package, you'll receive your completed posts to publish yourself, or I'll handle scheduling and publishing on Facebook and Instagram.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to provide photos?

Yes! Photos of your actual projects, products, services, team, and business help me create content that's authentic to your brand. If you need professional photography or additional content creation, we can discuss those services separately.

Will you post to both Facebook and Instagram?

Yes! All packages include content prepared for both platforms. With the Growth and Premium packages, I'll also handle scheduling and publishing.

Does one post count as two if it appears on both platforms?

No. One original piece of content published on Facebook and Instagram counts as one post.

Will you respond to customer comments and messages?

Daily community management, including responding to comments and direct messages, is not included in these packages.

Do you create Reels or videos?

Video production and Reels are not included in the standard packages but can be discussed separately.

Do you manage paid Facebook and Instagram advertising?

Paid advertising and advertising budgets are separate from these organic social media management packages.
